You may not imply or represent to others that your content is in any way provided, sponsored, or endorsed by us. Because you alone are responsible for your content, you may expose yourself to legal liability. We are under no obligation to back up any content you submit; furthermore, your content may be deleted at any time without prior notice to you. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of your content if necessary.

Prohibited Content

Prohibited content includes any content that:

  • Is in any way illegal, or advocates, depicts, or promotes any form of illegal activity.
  • Promotes or constitutes any form of human trafficking.
  • Depicts sexualized minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18).
  • Contains gore, bestiality, or sexual violence.

  • Infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Engages in intimidation, bullying, or provokes others to engage in similar behavior.
  • Contains inflammatory or hate speech, including content that promotes violent extremism or political unrest.
  • Displays, glorifies, incites, advocates, or supports terrorism or individuals involved in violent extremism.
  • Displays, encourages, or illustrates self-harm or suicidal behavior.
  • Constitutes spam, deceptive content, or misinformation.
  • Promotes conduct that may be considered criminal, may result in civil penalties, violates any law, or is generally inappropriate.
  • Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
  • Circumvents or conveys information on how to bypass moderation controls or any other security features.
  • Contains self-promotion, promotion of other tools or services, or repetitive, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages (spam).

AI Image Generation Policy

Use of our AI image generation tools is subject to the following additional terms:

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use any AI generation features.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the text prompts you input and the content generated. We do not manually review every generation, but we reserve the right to ban the accounts of users who persistently generate illegal or prohibited content.
  • Prohibited Generations: You may not attempt to generate:
    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any depiction of sexualized minors.
    • Sexually suggestive images of real people without their consent (Deepfakes).
    • Realistic depictions of extreme violence, gore, or illegal acts.
  • Disclaimer: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. We cannot and do not guarantee that the generated images will be accurate, unique, or suitable for any specific purpose. You agree to release us from any liability arising from your use or distribution of the generated content.

Subscription Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour free trial subscription mechanism. If you wish to continue using the services of this Website after enjoying the free trial, please note that once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

Age Requirements

Allyoucangen is committed to providing a safe platform for our users. Our platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this platform, create an account, or participate in any of our communities. We take this policy very seriously and will actively delete accounts suspected to belong to individuals under 18. By using Allyoucangen, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and will comply with these terms.
